Defining your philosophy as a leader is a key step to exhibiting your values in the workplace. You’ll reflect on your values, understand how you lead yourself, and articulate your leadership style.

Cultivating relationships in the workplace is the most important, and sometimes the most difficult, aspect of Corporate America. We’ll explore approaches to building relationships with specific personality types, and learn tools to navigate difficult conversations.

Unlocking and communicating decisions is a skill, and oftentimes leaders do not understand how to approach decision-making. Leaders will learn a decision-making framework and practice with case studies.

It is often difficult to understand our roles in a business when we don’t entirely understand the business of the business. In this module, we explore the business basics and learn to navigate uncertain business situations.

Understand types of power and influence, and identify your own spheres of influence. Concretely note how you can leverage your spheres of influence in the workplace, and determine your style on influencing decisions.

It is critical to keep a team motivated with actionable feedback, praise, and advocating for their needs. Leaders will learn tools to hone their skills and role-play.

Reflect on your accomplishments and celebrate with your community.
